If you have a problem activating your device online from the device this page allows you to do it manually.

note: If you are running IE you may need to do this twice as the first time it can question the download of the license file returned as a result of clicking "Activate".

Note:

When you click activation you will be returned a license file that can be simply copied to the tws folder on the device. Then if you click "Get Activation Code" again it will read the file and unlock your device.
